My name is Angel C. Wright, Owner of Speak Up Sis® Bookshelf, an online bookstore, established October 2020 and created specifically for self-published, independent and Christian authors.
I created this place because I, too, am a self-published author and a Christian. I remember how difficult it was to get people to trust that an indie author could write a quality book worthy of their personal bookshelves. Therefore, the Lord led me to create for others what I needed for myself. Like Proverbs 11:24 states, "A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed."
All books on Speak Up Sis Bookshelf are reviewed prior to placement on "The Bookshelf" and promotion by Speak Up Sis, LLC. We list traditional, Christian texts, ie.devotionals, bible-studies, other non-fiction and fiction genres as well as children's books, young adult books, writing journals and even online magazines.
