Shipping & Return FAQs

SHIPPING

1. Where do you ship?

We only ship to U.S.A. continental states.

2. Do you ship packages the day of the order?

Paperback books written by Author Angel Charmaine are shipped shipped within 1-3 business days after the order date. Digital downloads are made available immediately. For all other Speak Up Sis merchandise, i.e., shirts, mugs, hoodies, hats, etc., we use a dropshipping, "print-on-demand," company which typically takes 1-7 business days to process before shipping. Customers can expect to receive merchandise in approximately 14 days.

3. What is your standard shipping method? Do you offer faster options?

USPS is our standard shipping method. You may contact via email at contact@speakupsis.com for faster shipping options.  There will be additional shipping and handling costs for faster options.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Periodically, we offer promo codes for free shipping.  You must use promo code at checkout for the discount.

RETURNS

1. Can I return a purchase if I don't like what I ordered?

All purchases are non-returnable. For all consulting, strategy and counseling sessions, programs, packages and memberships, please schedule a complimentary call with us to ask and receive answers for any questions you may have prior to making a any of our service purchases.

Exception:  If you receive broken merchandise, you must notify us via email at contact@speakupsis.com the day you receive the package and attach a photo of the broken merchandise alongside the original packaging.  We will send you a replacement of the item you purchased at no cost to you.

2. Can I get a refund if I don't like or don't want what I ordered?

No. Refunds are not available for any reason. For all consulting, strategy and counseling session, programs, packages and memberships, please schedule a complimentary call with us to ask and receive answers for any questions you may have prior to purchasing any of our services, programs and memberships.
